Ken Harrison serves as WaterStone’s Chief Executive Officer. His mission is to provide executive leadership and strategic direction to the ministry while inspiring WaterStone’s entire community of givers, advisors, nonprofits, churches and business leaders.

Harrison spent nearly two decades in the commercial real estate arena both nationally and internationally. After successfully building and growing his company, he sold the majority interest to Colliers International, the second largest commercial real estate company in the world. He stayed on as CEO and Chair of International Valuation. He later served as President of Iomnis Professional Solutions, a developer and distributor of virtual reality software with application to the real estate industry.

His combination of entrepreneurial success, executive leadership and commitment to Kingdom service will propel WaterStone forward as we continue to help build the Kingdom.

John Mulder has served as president since August 2001. He has 22 years of executive experience in the financial services industry where he served as district manager of a group of banks and a trust company with more than $750 million in assets under management. He also served as regional president of U.S. Bank and CEO of Technology Concepts, a real estate software and Internet services company. In addition, he was an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern College (St. Paul, MN) where he taught courses in finance and investments.

John currently is a church elder and serves on the Board of Kenya Hope.

John holds a B.A. in economics from Wheaton College and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. John and his wife Lynn, have three adult children and three grandchildren.

As Chief Generosity Officer, Will’s mission is to connect Christian givers, professional advisors and charities to the innovative giving solutions, services and educational resources which WaterStone offers.

Will spent 20 years on Wall Street as a sales and marketing executive, first as Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, and then as Chief Marketing Officer at 1st Global Capital in Dallas. Will began his professional career as a high school English teacher and head football coach at Brooklyn’s Samuel J. Tilden High School.

In 2009, the Lord called Will out of the business world and led him to Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he earned his Master of Divinity in Biblical Languages and Steward Leadership in 2012. He is currently working toward his doctorate in preaching with a dissertation focus on an Old Testament theology of giving. As WaterStone’s Director of Finance and Accounting, Chris’ mission is to oversee all of WaterStone’s financial reporting, accounting and tax preparation. In addition, Chris regularly serves our advisors and clients by analyzing, designing and recommending tax strategies and innovative giving solutions.

Prior to joining WaterStone, Chris spent six years as Finance Manager at Procter & Gamble. Previously, he spent 10 years in a variety of management roles at Moody Bible Institute and Northern Trust Bank.

Chris earned his M.B.A. and Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois and earned his CPA designation. He received his B.A. in Bible and Theology from Moody Bible Institute.

Chris has volunteered his time to his church and to nonprofit organizations as board member and treasurer. Chris currently resides in Castle Rock, Colorado with his wife, Jennifer and two sons.

Terry’s mission is to help release more financial resources to support charities, churches, ministries and other worthy nonprofits.

A graduate of Baylor University, Terry has over 30 years of experience in banking, most recently as Managing Director for J.P. Morgan Chase. Terry brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and leadership to couple with his passion to serve God through the impact of generosity.

Mark earned a M.S. in Mass Communications from Miami University and a B.S. in Broadcasting from the University of Florida. He has almost four decades of experience in business, most recently as Vice President and Wealth Advisor for the BMO Private Bank.

Mark has served his church, Calvary EFC, in many capacities including serving as Chairman of the Elder Board, facilitating a financial management curriculum, helping to spearhead the church’s legacy giving ministry, and leading various small groups. Al earned a B.B.A. in Finance at Baylor University and has four decades of experience in the wealth management and banking industries, most recently as Comerica Bank’s Senior Vice President and North Texas Regional Manager for Wealth Management.

Based out of Denver, Joe’s mission is to help release more financial resources to those charities, churches, ministries and nonprofits that are building the Kingdom.

Joe earned a B.A. in Business Administration at Point Loma Nazarene University and has entrepreneurial, business coaching and nonprofit experience. He most recently held an Advisor position at the marketing company, Peerless Analytics and prior served as Director of Operations of Promise Keepers.

Joe serves on a number of advisory and executive boards for Kingdom business initiatives including: ROTEK and Building a Kingdom Company.

Joe is married to his wife, Mandy, President and CEO of MOPS International. They reside in Denver with their three children.
