WaterStone partners with crisis pregnancy centers to support the cause of life by educating their donors about charitable giving strategies. The result? More resources for more ministry!
In early September, WaterStone was privileged to attend the Care Net National Conference in Orlando, Florida alongside our strategic partner, Joe Baker, Founder and CEO of Save the Storks. Care Net supports one of the largest networks of pregnancy centers in North America and hosts annual conferences to encourage and equip the centers’ senior staff members.
Vice Presidents of Generosity, Terry Cargill and Mark Ralfs, shared with conference attendees WaterStone’s value in providing customized giving strategies that benefit their donors and bless their crisis centers through multiplied giving impact, minimized taxes and the heightened joy of generosity. Mark commented,
“CareNet was a remarkable conference and I’m so privileged to have participated on behalf of WaterStone. I was blown away by several things including the strong Christian basis for this conference as characterized time after time by the speakers, praise music, and values exhibited by almost all of the participants in the conference. I’m also blown away by the passion and dedication that those who work in the crisis pregnancy arena bring to their work and ministries. They work so hard to provide alternatives to abortion for women and couples. Perhaps with WaterStone’s support, they can concentrate on those competencies and use us to help procure the financial support they need. WaterStone should be involved in this Kingdom work!”
We were honored to meet many incredible men and women dedicated to the cause of life, and want to thank them for their diligent service. We hope the conversations initiated during this conference will better equip these leaders to serve their donors and result in multiplied resources to power more life-giving ministry.
