Ken Harrison serves as WaterStone’s Chief Executive Officer. His mission is to provide executive leadership and strategic direction to the ministry while inspiring WaterStone’s entire community of givers, advisors, nonprofits, churches and business leaders.

Harrison spent nearly two decades in the commercial real estate arena both nationally and internationally. After successfully building and growing his company, he sold the majority interest to Colliers International, the second largest commercial real estate company in the world. He stayed on as CEO and Chair of International Valuation. He later served as President of Iomnis Professional Solutions, a developer and distributor of virtual reality software with application to the real estate industry.

His combination of entrepreneurial success, executive leadership and commitment to Kingdom service will propel WaterStone forward as we continue to help build the Kingdom.

John Mulder has served as president since August 2001. He has 22 years of executive experience in the financial services industry where he served as district manager of a group of banks and a trust company with more than $750 million in assets under management. He also served as regional president of U.S. Bank and CEO of Technology Concepts, a real estate software and Internet services company. In addition, he was an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern College (St. Paul, MN) where he taught courses in finance and investments.

John currently is a church elder and serves on the Board of Kenya Hope.

John holds a B.A. in economics from Wheaton College and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. John and his wife Lynn, have three adult children and three grandchildren.

As WaterStone’s Vice President of Finance and Administration, Chris’ mission is to oversee all of WaterStone’s financial reporting, accounting and tax preparation. In addition, Chris regularly serves our advisors and clients by analyzing, designing and recommending tax strategies and innovative giving solutions.

Prior to joining WaterStone, Chris spent six years as Finance Manager at Procter & Gamble. Previously, he spent 10 years in a variety of management roles at Moody Bible Institute and Northern Trust Bank.

Chris earned his M.B.A. and Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois and earned his CPA designation. He received his B.A. in Bible and Theology from Moody Bible Institute.

Chris has volunteered his time to his church and to nonprofit organizations as board member and treasurer. Chris currently resides in Castle Rock, Colorado with his wife, Jennifer and two sons.

Stacy Westover serves as Vice President - Special Counsel of WaterStone. She came to the Foundation in 2015, drawn by WaterStone’s donor-driven approach to Kingdom advancement. Stacy oversees the Foundation’s legal affairs and operations. She works closely with the CEO and President in the day-to-day management of the Foundation and in setting overall direction. She also creates and implements innovative philanthropic strategies and solutions. Previously, Stacy worked in her own private estate planning practice.

Stacy graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She holds a law degree from the University of Denver. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado. She lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado with her husband and four children.

Terry serves as WaterStone’s Vice President of Generosity as a key member of the Giving Strategies team. Based in The Woodlands, Terry leads our efforts to connect givers, professional advisors and nonprofit organizations with the innovative giving strategies and expertise of WaterStone. Terry’s mission is to help release more financial resources to support charities, churches, ministries and other worthy nonprofits.

A graduate of Baylor University, Terry has over 30 years of experience in banking, most recently as Managing Director for J.P. Morgan Chase. Terry brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and leadership to couple with his passion to serve God through the impact of generosity.
