Alan Brown, J.D. has been a licensed attorney in Texas for over 20 years and now serves as President and General Counsel for Petroleum Strategies, a qualified intermediary that has facilitate over $35 billion of like kind exchange transactions. He previously served as CEO of Carbon Creek Energy. Mr. Brown holds an Accounting degree from Abilene Christian University and a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University. Alan and his wife, Holly, parent five children and live in Texas.
