Kittie Watson, Ph.D., is a principal with Innolect Inc., an organizational effectiveness consulting firm. As an executive leadership coach and specialist in team communication, Dr. Watson works with the leadership teams of Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. As a former Department Chair and tenured faculty member at Tulane University, she received numerous national and international teaching and research awards. She holds degrees with honors from Georgia, Auburn, and Louisiana State Universities. Kittie resides in South Carolina.
